Product Description

This specimen comes from the largest open pit mine and the largest artificial hole in the world with a diameter of 2,000 metres and a depth of 762 metres: the Palabora Mine in South Africa. Very large intact Mesolite crystals of immaculate white colour on translucent Apophyllite. There are also micro crystals of Apophyllite that recrystallized on the Mesolite to give it an incredible shine.
