This specimen of Halite from the old potash mines in Alsace has the particularity of holding the three existing colors for a specimen of this locality: orange, white and blue! It is a beautiful crystallized, fibrous piece of very good quality. However, it should be noted that this specimen is hygroscopic and attracts moisture when exposed to the open air.
